I'm Feifan, a student double majoring in Business Honors and Computer Science at UT Austin.

Currently, I believe that working towards safe, robust, and interpretable AI systems is the best way I can personally help the world. I believe the rapid speed and scale of AI development and adoption necessitates safety guardrails, and that current safety progress is insufficient. Some of my recent work in AI safety includes: uncertainty quantification in LLMs, agentic memory management, whistleblower protections, and external auditing requirements.

Outside of AI safety and school, you can usually find me in a couple of places.

and of course, random places around the city with my friends!
